This recording is a continuation of a formal interview with Beyle Mindel Vaisman and Isaak Iosipovich Vaisman. (Part 2 of 4. See MDV 338, MDV 340, and MDV 342) They discuss their contemporary life in Berdychiv, and they provide information about their children. The conversation moves to a series of dialectological and linguistic questions about the Yiddish language. The tape concludes with a discussion of prewar Jewish religious life in Berdychiv.
